 As a full service supplier, we can mold rubber to low carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or any other metal alloys painted or anodized needed for your application. When it comes to plastic injection molding, we are capable of molding a variety of materials including but not limited to thermal plastics and rubber. The mold department is where one of Polynet's cost effective machines is stationed. Our Cryogenic deflasher freezes the parts and throws media at the excess rubber or flash for removal. This time saver can deflash thousands of pieces per day. Our mold department may be precisely the one you want.
